Juan Jose Velasquez

Mr. Juan Jose Velasquez has been working in the Real Estate business since 2007 when he began his career as an Assistant to Broker at Prodigy International. In 2009 he joined Location 3 Investments, a Real Estate private equity company, as a financial analyst where he contributed to the research, analysis, and selection of properties as well creating a property management division for the company. Mr. Velasquez also established sales strategies with local developers to sell their assets during the financial crisis.  

In 2011, Mr. Velasquez joined his family real estate company, Sanclemente Group, and has been the Vice-President since then. He currently oversees the property management division of the company which includes more than seventy units mainly located on the Dade and Broward Counties. Mr. Velasquez also manages an investment fund by analyzing, identifying and purchasing potential real estate opportunities. Moreover, he supports both sales and rentals team and advise clients during the purchase and/or sale process.

As a Colombian native, Mr. Velasquez studied economics for two years in Colombia, moved to Florida in 2006 and graduated from Florida International University with a bachelor's degree in Business Management with an outstanding record. He holds a Master of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University.
